Programs

Our programs take  a multidisciplinary approach with a focus on beneficial effects on well-being, health and creativity. In order to approach the crucial points of existence that often prevent us from living more fully. We offer a comprehensive and unique 12-step program for mindfulness and insight.

 

Our programs are limited in size so that each participant can receive ample individual attention. Our instructors combine classroom instruction with a variety of hands-on participatory techniques to enhance the learning experience and make it fun.
