"Inspiration is the most effective form of motivation.
Instead of induction, or instruction, inspiration builds paradigms and does not impose them as a formula for success.
Inspiration invokes the subjectivity of each one. And this subjectivity is the true value of human capital."

The benefits of Contemplative Practices
The so-called contemplative practices (practices in which we exercise the potential for insight and reflecting about ourselves) are traditional practices, with regional variations, pertaining to several cultures and civilizations, present or past, that strive to allow the realization of mindfulness, of heartfulness, and lifefulness. Mindfulness here has a specific meaning, which is the attention practiced when we pay attention, on purpose (deliberately), non-judgmentally, on the unfolding of our personal experience from moment to moment. It contributes to our withdrawal from the “doing mode” (objective and subject to judgement) to the “being mode” (where we don’t react to our present experience), which is closer to our presence, and the cultivation of the experimentation (the “tasting”) of such a presence can be inspiring and motivating o four personal, professional and intellectual path.

Why contemplative practices
There is a tendency, in cultures derived from greco-roman antiquity, to take subjectivity and reflection as granted, focusing, instead, and in a very efficacious manner, on the objective and operational aspects of human existence. The results are arguably formidable, but the focus on leaving behind the wear-and-tear that daily life wages, there is the by-product of formation of stress, which, in turn, undermines psychological well-being and quality of life. Whereas, in cultures from the asian block, the attitude of respect and attention upon one’s own subjectiveness has been more systematically practised, bringing the need for a paradigm reapproximation (a conceptual approach) for the best use of these practices in our mettier. One of the essential points of this reapproximation is that the approach to practice must be experiential, and not just a transmission of concepts, inasmuch as this transmission may be useful and charming in certain moments.
